T-Coil Hearing Loop System
Available only in Theater 1 (our 700-seat main auditorium)
The T-Coil system amplifies the sound for films in our main theater and sends it directly to any hearing aids or personal hearing devices that have a “T-Coil” setting. This setting can be found on the hearing devices themselves, or within the settings in the application used to control your hearing devices. Amplification will only occur once you enter the auditorium. This is available for all films and you may use your own hearing aids or hearing device.
CaptiView
Available in both Theater 1 (our 700-seat main auditorium) and Theater 2 (our 70-seat screening room)
A personal closed-captioning device with a small screen to display captions. These devices have a small screen attached to a long stem and can be placed into a cup holder or against the seat in front of you.
Availability: We have a limited quantity of devices which can be picked up at the box office. CaptiView devices only work with films that contain embedded closed-caption tracks. Films with closed-captions will be labeled as such on our website, or you can call or email the box office to check before purchasing a ticket. You will be asked to leave some form of ID or credit card with the box office to ensure that the device is returned after your screening.
Fidelio

A wireless audio receiver which provides visually impaired (VI track or descriptive narration), or hearing impaired (HI track or assisted listening). This is a small handheld device which works with provided headphones. You may also use your own personal headphones if they have an ⅛” headphone jack connection.

Please note that closed-captioning and descriptive-narration availability is determined by film distributors; some films might not be enabled for CaptiView or Fidelio systems. Check the film’s page on our website or give us a call if you’re unsure what is available for a film.
