The Music Box Theatre is on the first floor and is fully ADA accessible for those with wheelchairs or mobility devices. This includes the box office, restrooms, all auditoriums (1, 2, and 3), and the Music Box Lounge and Garden.

Single occupancy gender neutral restrooms are located in the Music Box Lounge.

Wheelchairs, mobility devices, or strollers can be stored for you during a screening if needed.

If you have a specific seating request or need please reach out and we will try to accommodate.

If you need an ADA space and are attending with a guest, please call or email us ahead of the show so we can reserve the companion seat or seats next to your space.

Theater 1 (700 seats) 

ADA Seating: Five accessible wheelchair spaces available at all times.

Seat Size: Seats are 19-21” wide with a weight limit up to 600 lbs. The aisles are 17–18”, aisles AA and A have widths of four to six feet. See seating chart below for more info on Theater 1.

Theater 2 (60 seats)

ADA Seating: Two accessible wheelchair spaces available at all times, plus an additional two available upon request. 

Seat Size: Seats are 22” - 23” wide with a weight limit up to 600 lbs. All aisle seats have armrests that raise up, providing additional space. Two sofa seats in the back of the auditorium have 44” widths. 

Theater 3 (94 seats)
