An interview with the "Monster" himself as well as several key individuals from his past illuminates the world he lived in, and the power he truly wielded. Within organized crime rings we rarely get to see the truth behind the smoke, and it's ever rarer to get a look at those who sit on top of the throne. Monster of Minsk shows all of that almost too clearly, to the point where the truth begins to resemble fiction.
