A Part of MUSIC BOX OF HORRORS 2021 

In 1990, George Romero persuaded his friend and frequent collaborator, FX legend Tom Savini, to step into the director’s chair for this gory remake of 1968’s NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD. Romero wrote the script, keeping the original’s plot of a group of people trapped during a zombie outbreak, but updating other details. Patricia Tallman’s (“Babylon 5”) badass Barbara is nothing like Judith O’Dea’s hysterical original, while future CANDYMAN Tony Todd is brilliant as the heroic but frustrated Ben.
