The Creepshow: A Stephen King Film Festival

Previous Film Festival

September 2 – September 4, 2022

The Losers’ Club is bringing the expansive world of Stephen King back to Chicago’s Music Box Theatre.  Over Labor Day Weekend, the co-hosts of the Bloody Disgusting podcast will curate a selection of films that will take Constant Readers all across King's Dominion. We'll spend a night in The Overlook, take a ride with Christine, check into 1408, reunite with Annie Wilkes, and blow out the candles on 40 years of Creepshow.  That's not all. The three-day event will also include a live podcast recording, exclusive garden screenings, themed drinks, trivia, a costume contest, random giveaways, exciting vendors, and featured talent. We're also working on a couple of other surprises, so stay tuned for more announcements as they come.

About The Losers' Club:

Presented by Bloody Disgusting, The Losers’ Club® is a weekly podcast series that chronologically digs through the work of Stephen King with humor, irreverence, and a critical eye. Each episode, the Losers gather together to read between the iconic pages and share the latest in King’s Dominion, whether it’s the author’s oft-controversial tweets, the boldest Hollywood headlines, or his endless forthcoming projects. The series also regularly features special guests. In the past, the Losers have spoken to Stephen King himself, Mike Flanagan, Thomas Jane, Tananarive Due, Owen Teague, Mick Garris, Mary Lambert, Jerry O’Connell, Wil Wheaton, and Joe Bob Briggs who awarded the show the Silver Bolo in 2021. It's a show suitable for readers both Constant and casual.
