Programmed and Presented by Twelve Ten Gallery
Featuring a Post-Film Discussion with Amanda Beech
Map of the Bomb (2022) by LA based artist Amanda Beech offers a dissonant subterranean neo-noir reality episodic fiction that touches the explosive subject of "reality in itself". Presented in conjunction with an exhibition of her works at Twelve Ten Gallery, the showing at the Music Box Theatre is the US premiere of the film commissioned by Fieldwork Marfa. The event will be followed by a brief discussion with the artist.
***Free and open to the public as capacity allows***
Music Box Theatre screens films of all genres and from every era of cinema, both new releases and repertory. These films may sometimes contain upsetting, outdated, or offensive material. While we aim to introduce many of our screenings, we do not always provide warnings about potentially triggering content within the films we screen. We encourage our patrons to research the film before they attend using trailers, reviews, or content information found on Common Sense Media, IMDb and DoesTheDogDie.com.
