Cast and Crew in Attendance for a Post-Film Q&A Following Each Screening
***Each General Admission Ticket comes with 1 glass of wine***
VIP Tickets (10/15 Only) include a tasting of wines from the SOMM Film series and the new film “Cup of Salvation” with the director and cast. VIP Reception starts at 4:30pm in the Music Box Lounge
From the team that made the SOMM documentaries, Cup of Salvation is a sweeping film that follows a father and daughter as they set out to revive the ancient grapes of their homeland in Armenia. To do so, they must breathe life into the post-soviet infrastructure of their country, harvest grapes during war, and then market their wine globally. From the battle-scarred Caucus Mountains to the clandestine vineyards hidden deep within the forbidden Iranian countryside, this film unveils the primal origins of our enduring passion for wine and how it continues to shape the very fabric of human existence
Music Box Theatre screens films of all genres and from every era of cinema, both new releases and repertory. These films may sometimes contain upsetting, outdated, or offensive material. While we aim to introduce many of our screenings, we do not always provide warnings about potentially triggering content within the films we screen. We encourage our patrons to research the film before they attend using trailers, reviews, or content information found on Common Sense Media, IMDb and DoesTheDogDie.com.
