Still the best slumber-party movie any teenage Wiccan could ask for, The Craft is about a lot of things. The toxic nature of cliques, for one, as well as the art of cursing racist bitches so that their hair falls out. Nature god Mannon was made up for the movie, but director Andrew Fleming famously hired a witchcraft consultant to make sure that the rituals felt authentic. As a result, the velvet-and-clove-cigarette vibes are off the charts in this movie, which is set to a ‘90s alt-rock soundtrack and features an iconic cast led by Rachel True, Robin Tunney, Neve Campbell, and the wickedest witch of them all, Fairuza Balk.
