Josie, Melody and Val are three small-town musicians determined to take their rock band out of their garage and straight to the top. Fate gives them the chance to do so, but can they remain true to their look, style and sound?

Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of “Josie and the Pussycats” co-director and writers Deborah Kaplan and Harry Elfont will be in conversation with Pitchfork Staff Writer Quinn Moreland to discuss the film’s music, legacy and impact on today’s culture.
